I just ordered this crate recently and went by their size guide, even measured my dog twice to be safe, but it still showed up too small. He could barely turn around in it, which was disappointing for the price. Maybe others have had better luck, but after this experience I definitely wouldn’t trust their size chart again. Now I’ve got to deal with returning it, which is just a hassle

I was expecting this to be a lot tougher, but it bent quickly. From the way it was described, I assumed it would hold up better than it did

I’m careful about what I use for my dog, and this crate feels sturdy enough that I’m not constantly worrying about it. He gets plenty of airflow, which was a big thing for me, and I like that he can see out well so he doesn’t feel too closed in. The only thing I’d change is the side view, I wish it was a little wider. Overall, though, I feel good using it.

I mean, overall it’s not bad to clean, and after my dog has one of those messy moments, I can usually wipe most of it down quickly. The smoother parts are definitely the best part because they don’t seem to hang onto smells much, which I really appreciate because nobody wants a crate that just permanently smells like dog mess.

But then I get to the corners and edges and it’s like, okay, this is where it gets annoying. Hair still collects in those little spots, and I end up having to work at it more than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, just not quite as easy as I was hoping, especially for what it costs

I was definitely annoyed by the price at first, because let’s be real, crates are not cheap and I was kind of hoping this one would magically feel overpriced so I could return it. But after using it for a few weeks, I get it. It’s solid, sturdy, and actually feels well made instead of flimsy junk. i’d rather pay once for this than keep wasting money on cheaper ones that fall apart.

My shepherd mix has broken out of pretty much every crate we’ve tried, including bending wires and popping latches, so I was really hoping this one would finally be different. After 3 months, he still hasn’t escaped, even though he definitely tries when we leave. It barely moves or flexes, which is a huge relief. That said, I did feel a little misled by how it was described because it’s heavier and pricier than I expected. Still, for the peace of mind, I’d say it’s been worth it.

I've used similar ones in the past that held up a lot better, so I was a little disappointed with this one. It bent easily and just didn’t feel as strong as I expected...

I got an Impact dog crate for my shepherd and, overall, I’m happy with it. It feels really sturdy, like, noticeably solid — and my dog settled into it faster than I expected.

The only thing is the weight. I knew it wasn’t going to be some super lightweight crate, but still… moving it around by myself is kind of a pain.

If you’re planning to keep it mostly in one spot, I think it’s a great crate. But if you’re traveling a lot or carrying it in and out often, just be aware that it definitely has some heft to it.

The crate itself feels really solid and secure, which I did appreciate because I’m always a little cautious about anything my dog could potentially break out of or hurt himself on. Unfortunately, it didn’t really make a difference with his separation anxiety. He still gets panicky and scratches when I leave, so for us it wasn’t the solution I was hoping for. I can see it maybe working better for some dogs, but it was disappointing given the price.

My dog seems safe in it, which is the main thing, but comfort-wise it’s just okay. The bottom feels hard, so I added a thick bed because, if we’re putting our pets in something, it should at least be decent for them to rest in. He goes in fine now, but I wouldn’t say he’s excited to hang out in there

I thought it looked good in the photos, but in person it somehow looks even cleaner. The finish is really nice, and the crate just feels sharp overall. Not sure if that’s the right way to describe it, but it gives off a solid, well-made vibe.

I really wanted to like this crate, and it did feel sturdy when I first set it up. But after a few weeks, the door started rattling, which got annoying fast. Some of the edges were also rougher than I expected. It’s not terrible, and it still works, so that’s good I guess, but for the price I was expecting cleaner welds and a nicer finish

I bought this crate after my dog managed to break out of a wire one, my gut says this was the right move. It feels super solid and secure, especially when we’re in the car. He can’t chew at the corners or shove the door open like before, which gives me a lot more peace of mind. It is heavy, but to me that’s kind of the tradeoff for something that actually feels safe. I’m just way less stressed traveling with him now

It worked fine at first, but after about a year it started having problems and just didn’t hold up the way I expected. I also got that weird feeling like there wasn’t really a real person on the other end when trying to deal with it, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

I had to contact them about a warranty issue, and it took way longer than I expected. I felt kind of embarrassed having to keep following up, like I was being annoying, but I wasn’t getting much useful help. The support wasn’t terrible, just really slow and not as helpful as I’d hoped.

I wasn’t expecting shipping to be this slow?! I waited way longer than I thought I would, and by the time it finally showed up, I was frustrated. Not a great experience.

I picked up a couple of the accessories when I bought the crate, figuring they’d make things a little easier day to day. The crate itself has been totally fine, no real complaints there. But the add-ons didn’t really do much for us. The pad is okay, nothing special, and the fan mount felt a bit awkward once I actually tried using it. After messing with everything for a bit, I felt like the extras were a little overpriced for what they added. I just wish they were more practical and useful in everyday use

It took me longer to put together than I expected, and the instructions could’ve been a little clearer 😅 Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just a bit more frustrating than I hoped...

This thing is so easy to take with me that it feels like a tiny travel hero. No struggle, no awkward hauling, just pick it up and go like it was made for every little adventure.

In the end, I was happy with the custom choices. There were enough options to pick from without it feeling overwhelming, and I liked being able to make it feel a bit more personal.
